Award winning Teachers and Directors, Megan Foley Marra and Chuck Marra, have been in the business for over 30 years as Teachers, Casting Directors, Directors and Producers. For years, they taught the most highly recommended commercial class in LA which was successful because they taught so much more
than just "commercial acting technique". Their combined experience and passion for creating well rounded actors has led them to focus on teaching and directing more as the industry has changed. They have a passion for actors and acting and can't help sharing their years of knowledge of the business with professional, as well as up and coming actors.
In 2007, in addition to their established casting company, they started the Lake Arrowhead Repertory Theatre Company. In the first seven years, they produced and directed over 60 plays, productions, and films. In 2015 ,they moved the heart of the theatre company to Los Angeles to focus on building an arts community where actors are encouraged to find their voice, create art and express it.

He moved to LA and worked as an actor in commercials, theatre and television before becoming a casting director with Foley Marra Casting.
As a teacher, Chuck brings his passion for and understanding of "the method" as he learned it directly from Strasberg. Chuck's students have called him the Actor Whisperer because he has a way of getting the very best out of all our students.
He is passionate about the craft and it translated to his teaching. He can see things other teachers don't and can't get performances out students that they never thought they could deliver.
